The Orthopedic Prosthetics Market is expected to be valued at approximately USD 2,150 million in 2020 and is expected to reach USD 2,840 million in 2026, registering a CAGR of 5.5% over the forecast period.

From the initial period of a pandemic COVID-19, the orthopedic surgeries were delayed which led to the decline in the consumption of prosthetics. As per the data provided by the University of Birmingham, published in British Journal Surgery, in May 2020, about 6.3 million orthopedic surgeries were postponed or canceled worldwide due to COVID-19.
